You'll notice when our loader must pause after partially emptying its bucket. This was due to the 36-inch-wide conveyor connecting the jaw crusher to the feed hopper being too narrow. The conveyor couldn't handle a full bucket load from the crusher without material overflowing, creating a bottleneck in our operation.
To address this issue, we've purchased a 42-inch-wide conveyor, making a significant difference. Now, our loader can offload the entire bucket in one smooth motion, drastically improving our process and speeding up production.
We purchased a Kleemann MS 19 D screening plant in April 2024. It is up and running for the 2024 construction season. We are able to screen up to 500 tons per hour, increasing our productivity.
Our Kleemann MS 19D triple-deck screener processes up to 500 tons per hour.
After purchasing a new screener, we have decided to sell our Powerscreen Turbo Chieftain 1400. If you are interested in aquiring this screen, please contact our office staff.
In the spring of 2024, we brought our crusher, screener, and conveyors to our mechanic shop for repairs. Our team installed a new mantle and cone in our cone crusher. We also fitted new jaw plates and wear plates in our jaw crusher. Additionally, our conveyors received new belts and rollers.
