5. Project Changes

Any changes to the scope of work or project specifications must be agreed upon in writing between the client and Burton Excavating.

6. Liability and Insurance

Burton Excavating reserves the right to terminate services at its discretion, with notice, for any breach of these terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sault Sainte Marie, MI, Chippewa County, and the State of Michigan.
